Quikey Customer Service

One of our military clients, ordered 1,000 hummer magnets to promote students to join the army. When the client received the proof, they realized that this item would not fit with their department standards. We called our vendor, Quikey, to tell them we would need to cancel the order due our client's department specification requirements. Quikey was considerate and kind even though they had taken the time to prepare artwork for customer approval. We appreciate working with vendors like Quikey who realize the importance of versatility.

A few weeks earlier, another client requested an order cancellation due to unforeseen budget restraints. Our vendor, Prime, charged us $12 proof fee and a cancellation fee of $24. In the ten years we have been in business, this is the first time we had witnessed a cancellation fee. We appreciate that 99% of the vendors we work with are considerate about unforeseen changes.
